Together, we can review tracking your cycle, we can find the window of time most advantageous for conception. We typically review diet, sleep, stress and other factors that can affect your fertility. This can include things like a diet diary review, helping you decipher your fertility chart and your precise ovulation day, or consultations about referrals for alternative therapies or fertility medications.

We can demystify the process of purchasing sperm or the use of fresh sperm. Intrauterine Inseminations and Intracervical Inseminations done in the comfort of your home with true informed consent provided. You can make the space whatever you need for the process to feel comfortable.
